assigned risk - VWC

Risk Exchange has developed an exclusive program in partnership with an A-rated, standard market to provide insureds and retail agents an alternative to the assigned risk pool.  Voluntary Workers Compensation (VWC) is a program that specifically targets businesses currently in the assigned risk pool by offering access to an A-rated, standard market carrier that provides competitive premiums and superior service compared to the pool. 

VWC is a program that is designed to write the overwhelming majority of businesses, exposures, losses, and mods.  Chances are, if you are in the assigned risk pool, we can place your business through our exclusive VWC program.

REX receives eligible submissions directly from NCCI via the VCAP program.  If you have submitted an account through the VCAP program, and the account is eligible under this program, a representative will reach out to you within 3 business days.
